A pixie and a shiner
We have tried on several occasions to take Carly to a real hairdresser to get her hair cut. Every time she screams bloody murder, like her fingernails are being ripped out. So the poor child has only had haircuts by yours truly.
This weekend my friend Patsy and I decided we’d give it a go. With much bribery of chocolate, I think it turned out pretty well. I got the bangs just a WEE bit too short, but all in all I’m pleased. At least it’s not hanging in her face anymore.

Riley got her hair cut too, but I had it done by a professional. I wish we’d gone as short with hers as we did Carly’s. I may take her back and get a little more chopped off.
She got her first black eye this weekend at Little Gym. She was walking along with her head turned the other way and walked right into the parallel bars. She whacked it hard, but she was a trooper. I’m proud of her.
Ouch!

Because they’re cute.

The full effect.

And just a bonus. There’s so many toys, the poor dog barely has room to lay her head.

How cute are they. Aww Rileys eye looks like it hurt. I imagine it will look worse before its better. Both are just so cute Leslie!! Good job on the hair cut.

They are freaking adorable. I love Carly’s new doo. It looks great on her. Poor Riley and her eye. Glad she took it like a Trooper though.
